Brachioplasty (Upper Arm Lift)
Brachioplasty, or upper arm lift, is the removal of unwanted skin and fat from sagging arms caused by aging or significant weight loss.
Incisions are made under the arm as well as on the inner surface between the armpit and elbow, and excess skin is removed. Liposuction may be used in conjunction to remove extra fat. The remaining skin is then stretched and stitched back into place, giving the arm a slimmer, more toned look.
