Chemical Peel

Chemical peels can repair unevenly pigmented, acne-scarred or sun-damaged skin, mainly for the face and neck, but it can also be performed on arms, legs and chest. However, they cannot reverse wrinkles, loose and sagging skin, or deep scars.

Chemical peel treatments involve applying a chemical solution to your skin’s surface, removing the outer layer so a smoother, more even layer of skin can appear. Light, medium and deep chemical peels each work differently, and produce different results. Generally, the stronger the chemical concentration used, the deeper the peel and more impressive the results. However, deeper peels will cause more pain and longer recovery times.
